Are you an experienced line manager? Are you qualified in electrical safety and electrical installation? If so, Two Rivers Housing may have the perfect role for you

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Team Leader to lead our electrical team and to act as the principal advisor to the group on all matters relating to electrical safety.

Reporting to the Repairs Manager, you will organise and manage the electrical team to ensure that planned and reactive workstreams, are delivered in a customer focused, cost effective and efficient manner.

We are looking for someone who can understand theirpersonal compliance responsibilities and monitor and evaluate safe systems of work for electrical purposes.

You will be leading on the development and monitoring of van stocks, ensure electrical repairs are undertaken in accordance with legislation and complete audits to ensure that our brilliant customer service is continued.

You will take ownership of your ownobjectives, and support the Groups strategic plans and mission, highlighting any areas of concern.

Ensuring data is recorded, you will ensure that the teams have all information necessary and work in line with the Groups policies and procedures.

The Successful applicant will be fully qualified with City and Guilds 2391 Electrical Testing and Inspection / AM2, 18th Edition & IEE Wiring Regulations.

A line management qualification at level 3, an IOSH or NEEBOSH Qualification and an understanding ofsocial housing or a closely related field, would be an advantage but is not essential.

Please note a full driving licence, with the ability to drive a light commercial vehicle is essential.
