Description

Our client is a very well established Freight Forwarder looking for an experienced Air Freight Export Manager to head up their Export department based at their Heathrow office.

Role will involve managing and motivating large team (approx 30 staff in total) including recruitment and training. Ensuring productivity by reviewing processes and implementing any changes and improvements.

Managing profitability of the department, reviewing suppliers performance / rates and overseeing Pricing.

High level of client contact.

Salary is c.£60 K plus benefits including bonus, car allowance and private healthcare.
