We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join us in a state-of-the-art secure facility based close to London Heathrow Airport, who has the ability to securely receive, handle and pack high value items.

The role will include loading and unloading transport vehicles and providing excellent customer service to customers/clients and administrative colleagues.

Working hours: 9 hours shift within the core hours of 05:00 - 20:00 Monday to Friday, with possible overtime and weekend work on a rota basis

Reporting to:
Warehouse management team

Main responsibilities:

Handling, packing and moving high value items with extreme care and precision
Maintaining and promoting a high level of security and confidentiality at all times
Maintaining the warehouse environment to the highest of standards
Inventory checking & auditing
Accompanying clients and contractors working in the warehouse
Providing clients with excellent customer service
Condition checking and reporting
Preparing and hanging artwork viewings
Checking and maintaining equipment and reporting any defects
Administrative tasks where required, such as checking transport slips
Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Warehouse experience
High attention to detail
Good maths and literacy skills
Excellent customer service skills
Driving license is a bonus
