Description
The role:
- Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
- Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
- Manage the provision of care for service users that require care packages
- Understand and adhere to CQC regulations
Registered Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience as a manager in a care setting essential, preferably within extra care
- Experience in dealing with commissioners in a previous role preferrable
- Ready to hit the ground running
- Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
- A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
- CQC Registered
