Description

The role:


  • Ensure quality and consistency is maintained throughout the service
  • Build and maintain excellent working relationships with staff, service users and external stakeholders
  • Manage the provision of care for service users that require care packages
  • Understand and adhere to CQC regulations

Registered Manager Requirements:


  • Previous experience as a manager in a care setting essential, preferably within extra care
  • Experience in dealing with commissioners in a previous role preferrable
  • Ready to hit the ground running
  • Fantastic knowledge of CQC regulations
  • A team player whose goal is to leverage good service
  • CQC Registered
