Salary S5 Grade:
£26,793 to £28,150 inclusive of London Weighting with potential to progress to £30,437 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.
The College of Business, Arts and Social Sciences is seeking to appoint a Student Programmes Administrator to join our Taught Programmes Office (TPO), which oversees the Police Education Qualification Framework (PEQF) Programmes at Brunel University London.
Your main duties will involve:
- Day to day maintenance of our academic timetables and student records;
- Processing student assessment and results;
- Attending meetings in person and via online forums e.g. Teams
- Preparing agendas, taking minutes and following up on actions;
- Working closely with academic staff at all levels to support teaching and learning.
You will be expected to stay calm under pressure and to provide a friendly and professional welcome to our students.
It is imperative that students are given the correct information and advice to their enquiries so you will need to have the confidence to reach out to other members of the TPO for their help and support.
We require excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills and for you to demonstrate the ability to use IT systems effectively, such as a student record system, eLearning portal, and experience of Microsoft packages.
You should have experience of working in a team and in a customer service environment.Interview date:
