Mon-Thur 8am - 5pm, Fri 8.30am - 2.30pm

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

To manage and arrange inbound and outbound shipments;
To assist in the clearance of imports;
Booking and tracking of deliveries to end customer;
Monitoring and adhering to formal KPI's;
Completing all paperwork processes;
Deliver accurate information to support achievement of service level agreements, targets and reports in timely manner.

Now, here's what we need from you:

Possess a minimum of 12 months administration experience from within a customer environment;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Organisational (task prioritisation) and administration skills;
Numerical & IT Skills;
Customer focus and detail oriented approach to work.;
Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions;
Knowledge of SAP;
Data analysis & problem solving skills.
