I am currently looking for a Multi Trade to work for a Housing Association in the Nottingham region on a social housing contract.

For this role you need a DBS check completed within the last year.

The role is at least 3 months work paying £21 per hour on a reactive maintenance team and comes with a van and fuel card supplied.


In this Multi Trade Operative role the benefits are:

  • A company van and fuel card
- £21 per hour + Call out rota potential

  • At least a 3 month contract

The Successful Multi Trade Operative will be responsible for:

  • Day to day repairs on tenanted and void properties
  • Using skills such as joinery, maintenance plumbing, plastering, tiling and painting
  • Making sure you turn up to work in the right manner and wear correct clothing

For the Multi Trade Operative role you will need:

  • Social housing experience working on a reactive maintenance team
  • Valid DBS Check
  • Willing to be on call out rota
  • NVQ or equivalent level 2 in a core trade

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£20.00-£21.00 per hour
