Scheduler and Administrator for Cleaning Business

Are you looking for a great Administrator role with a trusted local business that has grown consistently over the last 3 years.

The Professionals Cleaning and it's sister Company Betterclean, provide reliable high-quality cleaning services to clients across North and West Yorkshire.

We are committed to supporting our staff with everything they need to deliver a brilliant service to our customers.

We are currently recruiting for committed & motivated Scheduler / Administrator to join our team. Full training, will be given.

You will be directly supporting the day to day work of a team of approx 20 staff who undertake domestic and serviced accommodation cleaning.

The role will require someone who has fantastic attention to detail, can keep track of changes and varying situations, and has good IT literacy using Excel and other systems in order to ensure records are up to date.

There will also be an opportunity support the team in the field with onsite visits when needed to drop equipment or items they may need, so a driving license would be ideal (pool vehicles are available).

There will be an opportunity be involved / learn additional areas around Payroll, Invoicing as well as general office admin and management tasks.

We are very flexible and want to shape the job around the right person rather than the other way around.

This role can either be undertaken on it's own or if you were looking for some additional hours, then there would be opportunity to work in the field with the team some of the time looking after the amazing properties we service.

This is totally optional - as the key focus is the scheduling and admin role.
