The Business Analyst Role:


You'll play a key role in their Technology's product & change function, charged with helping us to transform their business through technology, digital and automation; supporting the development of product strategy and the technology change roadmap.

Workingwith Business and Technology stakeholders, you'll identify and understand Business issues and needs; define and shape technology change projects and programmes and support delivery; test and service transition as well as contributing to the realisation ofbusiness benefits.

You'll be helping to solve problems for their business by identifying process, data, technology and people requirements to digitize their passenger journey, improve aircraft turnaround times, optimize colleague experiences and drive efficienciesacross their group.

You'll also work closely with solution architects, product and project managers to deliver outcomes end to end, whether that be system, process or data changes.

You'll be responsible for deploying change for key technology products andprojects in order for them to be successfully embedded in the business, whilst always ensuring technology change is aligned to both Technology and Business Strategy, and is in service of their vision 'to be the premier airport services and management company'.

What will make you a successful Business Analyst?


You'll have substantial BA experience across a range of industries ideally demonstrating experience of working on projects that combine systems, process and data changes.

You'll have a demonstrable track record of delivery in complex, commercially drivenenvironments. You'll understand the development lifecycle in terms of stages, principles and the changing responsibilities of a Business Analyst throughout. You'll have significant experience of Business/Benefit Case development as well as Business ProcessesModelling.

You'll understand Business Implementation principles and issues relating to legacy systems; including the analytical ability to assess legacy system documentation/details to impact high profile changes.

It's a given that you'll have strong oral,written and presentation skills, alongside the ability to pull data from various sources to support solving business problems, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time, and ideally across both agile and waterfallmethodologies.

BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis / a Project Management and/or Business Change qualification would be great to have but not essential.
