TSR are recruiting for a Technical Construction Graduate to join a leading 5 star housebuilder based in Leeds.

In exchange for your hard work and commitment, you will be supported with a top quality graduate training programme to ensure you build a career in construction with strong foundations.

The Role

If successful, you will be recruited as a Technical Graduate, and will complete a structured six-week induction to the business before focussing on your role.

During the two years of the graduate programme you will work jointly on the sites and in the regional office assigned to the technical design function, but also spend placements in broader business departments including commercial, pre-construction, operations and business development to gain an insight into the wider business.

You will also complete the Institute of Leadership and Management's Level 2 Award in Team Leading as an introduction to the world of management and they will also support your progress towards a professional membership.

Skills & Experience

Desirable attributes:
Knowledge of or interest in the affordable housing sector;
Experience of working within an office / site / construction environment;

Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
£21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
