Admin/personal Assistant - Glasgow, United Kingdom - Apex Garden Rooms
Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business
- Outgoing phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments
- Assist in ordering materials
- Perform data entry and update databases as needed
- Coordinate staff for jobs
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
- Knowledge of Sage or other accounting software is a plus
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
