Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business
  • Outgoing phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments
  • Assist in ordering materials
  • Perform data entry and update databases as needed
  • Coordinate staff for jobs
  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role
  • Knowledge of Sage or other accounting software is a plus
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Salary:
£12.00-£15.00 per hour


Expected hours:
No less than 25 per week
