Our client is a successful and established Financial Services/Wealth Management business in Horsham and they are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join the team
Responsibilities in summary
a) Manage the on-boarding and exit of employees, including referencing, due diligence, employee contracts, Induction process, exit interviews.
b) Manage the recruitment and selection process, establishing relationships with agencies, agreeing terms and contracts, writing job descriptions, interviewing and hiring new employees.
c) Manage all changes to Payroll.
d) Manage employee benefits administration including the Pension Scheme
Qualifications and Experience
a) 3-5 years minimum recent Experience in the human resources sector
b) Qualifications from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) are highly desirable, but not essential
Desirable Skills / Knowledge
a) A basic knowledge and understanding of the Financial Services Industry.
b) Management experience
Base to £42000 plus benefits
