We're recruiting for a Technical Delivery Lead to join our Technology Team, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting the incredible growth of easyJet holidays.

We've got an exciting line-up of changes in the works to help us achieve our goals and become industry leaders.

As our Technical Delivery Lead, you'll be right in the thick of it, collaborating closely with our digital product teams and 3rd party suppliers as part of our Digital Factory.

Think of yourself as the vital link between our business and technology.

In this awesome role, you'll be taking the reins in managing the technical delivery of key strategic initiatives. You'll work together with Product Owners from different areas of the business and their senior management teams.

Together, you'll provide the technical input, design, and guidance needed to ensure successful project delivery that aligns with our business strategy.

Plus, you'll play a role in shaping our technology roadmap, helping with estimation and resource planning to keep things running smoothly.

We're big believers in agile development, and you'll be a champion of it too. Collaborating with internal teams and third-party partners, you'll drive continuous improvement in our processes and procedures.

You'll oversee the development of our technical solutions, making sure we hit our milestones, meet quality standards, and stay within budget and timeframe.

You won't be doing all of this alone though You'll work alongside our Business/Portfolio Programme team, managing changes, reporting progress to steering groups, and leading solution delivery teams—both our fantastic in-house teams and our trusted third-party partners.

Your knack for proactive risk and issue management will be invaluable as you devise effective strategies to tackle challenges head-on.

What you'll bring to the team:

You'll have top notch stakeholder management skills and be able to effortlessly engage with senior management and build positive relationships.

Collaboration is key to what we do, and your ability to work closely with suppliers to ensure we adopt best practices will be crucial for our success.

As a natural leader, you'll have a proven track record of guiding teams to deliver outstanding technology solutions. Your interpersonal and communication skills are exceptional, creating a supportive and collaborative work environment where everyone thrives. You'll also have experience managing both on-site and offshore 3rd parties, smoothly navigating the complexities of integrating different teams.

With your broad experience in various technologies and platforms, you'll bring invaluable knowledge to the table.

Your proactive and highly organized approach, coupled with excellent time management and planning skills, will ensure projects run like a well-oiled machine.

One of the most important aspects of your role will be your knack for simplifying complex technology solutions, making them easily understandable for product owners and key stakeholders.
