We are Finz, a fast-growing fintech startup revolutionising the payment card experience for young individuals. Our mission is to offer a premium debit card with cashback rewards and benefits tailored to their needs.

As we prepare for an exciting card launch, we are seeking a talented and driven
Marketing and Events Assistant to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the business team to create compelling social media content, including engaging videos and captivating visuals.
Manage our social media presence across various platforms, actively engaging with our community and fostering meaningful interactions.
Develop and execute innovative guerrilla marketing strategies to generate buzz and excitement around our Finz card.
Plan and organise memorable events, both virtual and invenue, to promote our brand, engage our target audience, and drive card adoption.
Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local venues, influencers, and community organisations to expand our brand reach and maximise exposure.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Strong passion for social media, content creation, and event planning.
Proficiency in using social media platforms and scheduling tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
Strong organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and implement innovative marketing strategies.
Knowledge of the fintech industry and trends is a plus.
