Description
Our client is looking for a HR Advisor to join their growing team. This role is available due to growth and is primarily an ER role.


Client Details
Our client has been well established for over 50 years, continuously growing.


Description
As HR Advisor you will be duties will be but not limited too:

  • Managing ER cases
  • Reporting to the HR Manager
  • Coaching all levels of management
  • Building strong business relationships with all stakeholders
  • Support the HR team with other HR issues when needed
  • Lead or assist in ad hoc HR Projects
  • Support the recruitment team as and when required
  • Keep policy and procedures up to date
  • Always work within the companies policies and procedures
  • Be an advocate for company values at all times

Profile

  • Proven track record of a similar role
  • CIPD L5 +
  • Knowledgeable on employment law
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Experience dealing with ER casework
  • IT literate
