Location and flexible working:
This role is based in our Edinburgh office, working two to three days per week at home.

Salary and benefits:
Up to £30,000, depending on experience plus 8% bonus up to 16%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more
We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as an Oversight Consultant in our Marketing Risk and Governance team.

The role
As part of the Marketing Risk and Governance team, you will help the Standard Life Marketing Department champion the Standard Life brand and ensure it's protected and used correctly by a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you'll work with our Brand Oversight Manager to run our various governance forums and ensure that the appropriate controls are in place to support these.
In addition, you'll also be involved in other oversight and governance initiatives including supporting our training and upskilling activities, along with management of our internal Marketing Academy.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for someone with proven experience of working in a collaborative but tenacious manner with all key stakeholders. You'll be able to work on multiple activities with varying priorities and deadlines at any one time. You'll also have strong organisational skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of a similar role within Financial Services would be a bonus, but not essential
