I am currently working with an exciting company based in the South Wales area that is looking for a Research and Innovations Manager to join the battery and energy development team.


Essential Skills:


  • A background in sodium or lithium technologies.
  • A background in Electronic Engineering
  • Be highly experienced and comfortable leading a team and breaking complex goals into meaningful shortterm targets.
  • Be able to demonstrate successful large scale research project delivery.
  • A natural leadership style with an ability to work with both academic and commercially minded team members.
  • Strong presentation skills and an ability to communicate clearly at all management levels.
  • Must have be knowledgeable of various academic collaboration options and demonstrate a history of working with academic partners
