Handyman
Knightwood are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Handyman for a well-established residential developer based in Colchester, Essex.
Job details:
- Be able to use a range of tools
- Making good in new builds, doing some paint touch ups around site, mastic work, light carpentry and working from a snag list fixing defaults in properties.
- Be safe onsite and follow all health and safety rules and regulations
Requirements:
- Valid CSCS Card
- Full PPE (hard hat, hivis jacket and steel cap boots) to be worn on site at all times
- Own tools
- Experience in a similar role
Start date:
ASAP
Pay:
£17.00 per hour PAYE
Duration:
On-going
