Cask Racking Operative to join us as part of the cask ale production line. Reporting to the
-
Assistant Cask Manager this role will be responsible for:

Key Accountabilities:

Working as part of the team on our Cask production line
Working to meet production targets whilst strictly following health and safety rules
Always upholding high hygiene standards
Working to keep all machinery clean and hygienic
Completing paperwork and monitoring machinery efficiently
Working with several types of machinery
Always following manual handling safe practices and procedures
Use of FLT'S within daytoday production roles
Working with operator's from other departments within the brewery to achieve day to day tasks effectively

Experience and Key Attributes required:

Previous experience in a production environment would be beneficial, but not a necessity
Understanding of production environment Health and Safety standards (LOTO)
A keen eye for detail
The ability to work under pressure and within set time constraints
The ability to work within a busy team
The ability to work independently and effectively
The drive to look for ways to improve work practices and learn new things
Previous experience on an FLT is a bonus but training can be given
