The work
Muse, our upgraded design system, offers guidance and off-the-shelf solutions for designers, developers and writers. It speeds the build of websites and apps web that incorporate best-of-breed interactions, visual design and content.
Muse also helps the Bank deliver cohesive, ADA-compliant experiences across organizational boundaries, products and channels.
With ambitious plans to build a new site for internal and external audiences, we need a marketing expert to promote the design system through multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
- Own and implement the marketing content strategy for the internal and external versions of Muse.
- Write marketing content, education pages, case studies, communications, etc.
- Own the content style guide.
- Integrate technical content written by others into the site.
- Edit the writing of others.
- Drive best practices and consistency.
- Evangelize content standards.
- Evaluate and audit existing marketing content.
- Provide insights for improving the overall content experience.
Essential content strategy experience/understanding:
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Ability to understand and translate strategy into deliverable projects.
- Content experiences with websites and apps.
- Adherence to brand and style book guidelines.
- Experience in editing content from many contributors into a consistent voice and tone.
- Digital publishing processes.
Essential UX experience/understanding
- Digital user experience
- Ability to learn technical concepts (e.g., design theory, design systems)
Preferred experience
- B2B financial services content
- AP Stylebook
