In this role, you will provide comprehensive and robust first-line HR advice to Line Managers, and staff in service of our vision to build and nurture a diverse, inclusive workforce who can deliver our goals to fight poverty and inequality around the world.

_What we are looking for:

Experience of providing first line HR advice to line managers and staff on a range of employment related issues
Experience of problem solving with stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of UK employment legislation
Indepth knowledge and understanding of organisational ER policies including conduct, capability, grievance and sickness, with the ability to interpret and convey these to stakeholders
Experience of working with HR data and using it to proactively spot trends
