Insurance Customer Service Executive

Location:
Haywards Heath (Parking on site)


Salary:
£21k - £24k + Company benefits

**Hours: Mon

  • Fri 9am 5.30pm**

Do you want to work for an expanding, well-established organisation that offers amazing training and a friendly and supportive working environment? If so, I have great opportunity within my client's customer service team based in their office in HaywardsHeath.


The role is a varied role dealing with incoming queries, focusing on pet insurance, dealing with customer service, sales quotations, and administration.

You will professional, self-motivated and thrive in a busy working environment.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer and resolve customer queries.
  • Policy administration.
  • Proactively follow up insurance enquires and quotations.
  • Ensure the CRM system is updated accurately.
  • Gaining a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of company products.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure company and regulatory policies are adhered to.
  • Proven customer service, contact centre background.
  • Great communication skills and great attention to detail
  • Good IT skills and have used CRM systems.
  • Passion for animals and pets.
  • Confident and personable with a strong work ethic.
