What does the role involve?


You're a Driver Line Executive - but what does that mean? Our Driver Line Team are the first point of contact for our customers who notice a defect with their vehicle.

Whether that's a company car driver who's headlight is out or a commercial van driver who's dashboard warning lights have come on - you're the person they call.

You'll handle each call with professionalism, ensuring that the driver has their vehicle booked in for repair/investigation or, if needed, arranging for breakdown assistance.


Some of your key duties will include:

  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls
  • averaging 50 per day
  • Making contact with our garage network to book vehicles in for repair
  • Arranging hire vehicles were appropriate for our customers


Our phone lines are open between 7am and 7pm and you'll work the following rotating shift patterns: 7am - 3:30pm, 8am - 4:30pm and 8:30am - 5pm.

We anticipate you being more office based for your training period but once you're comfortable and up to speed our hybrid ways of working are for you to spend 2 days per week in the office.

What are we looking for?


You'll join us with previous customer service experience, be that face to face or over the phone, and are someone who enjoys being on the phone and confident with both inbound and outbound calls.

Your excellent communication skills and customer first mindset will see you go above and beyond to keep our customers on the road.
