Lancaster West Neighbourhood team are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic cleaner to join our friendly team. The successful applicant will support a host of resident and community-based services across the Lancaster West Estate.


The Role:


You will be joining the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team working to build and maintain the highest level of Social Housing in the Country.

You will be expected to carry out cleaning duties at Baseline Studios in the units occupied by Lancaster West, and at some community facilities maintained by us.

You will also be working alongside our Repairs Operations Team.

About You:


We are looking for someone who can work individually or as part of a team, adapt to the ever changing and fast paced environment at Lancaster West.

You will have excellent communication skills and great initiative.
