Do you need flexibility in the days you work? Our bank roles (sometimes referred to as "relief roles" in other companies) mean that you will be able to choose from available shifts and have the benefits of a consistent workplace combined with opportunity to build positive relationships with the individuals we support.

However you aren't guaranteed shifts every week as hours are worked as and when required.

We are seeking a Bank Support Assistant to join our team based at Victoria Road.

Our supported living service provides support for young people aged 16 to 25, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, by encouraging them to develop their skills, and learn to live independently.

There are 10 fully furnished en-suite rooms, two emergency bedrooms and a one-bedroom move-on apartment.

If you are looking for a varied and rewarding role, this is a great opportunity to come and work within a hardworking and client-focused team.

We provide a comprehensive induction programme as well as on-going training to develop new and existing skills and encourage progression.

Sanctuary also has a great employee Rewards scheme, where you will be able to receive a variety of discounts from major retailers.
