Job Title:
Customer Service Advisor


Location:
Wolverhampton


Salary:
Up to £26,000 basic + Bonus (OTE Up to £30,000) + lots of company benefits

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week.

Permanent and Full Time


About the Job:


As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer experience journey, handling customer complaints and resolutions, and ensuring smooth vehicle collections and returns.

Your responsibilities will include liaising with drivers, answering and making phone calls, updating insurance companies, and maintaining computer systems and portals.

Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving daily KPI targets, and managing administrative tasks such as creating job packs.
