Job Purpose:
As a Team Assistant, based in our London office, your role will be to support the Global Marketing Lead and wider Marketing team in delivery of the MARCOMS strategy.
Providing day to day support to the team, you will have excellent prioritisation skills, strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
This is a junior administrative role within TMHCC.***
Key Responsibilities:Carry out standard administrative tasks such as:
- Extensive diary management for the Global Marketing Leader
- Managing appointments across multiple time zones
- Responsible for making team notes and actions
- Placing reservations and coordinating business trips
- Preparing and submitting expense reports
- Attending and note taking all key meetings with the Global Marketing Lead
- Taking stock of all UK Merchandise
- Providing event support when required
- Updating the MARCOMs calendar of activity using AirTable software
- Responsible for filing and administration tasks
- Responsible for note preparation for leadership and committee meetings
- Supporting the MARCOMS team with updating The Port
Performance Objectives:
- Assisting the Global Marketing Lead to prioritise work commitments.
- Taking ownership of improving the Marketing filing system.
- Taking ownership of any administrative tasks, to allow the team to focus on strategic objectives.
- Developing a good relationship with the wider Marketing team and stakeholders.

- Punctual, loyal, discreet and reliable
- Team player
- Proficient technologybased presentation skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc.)
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position and/or project coordination
- Educated to A-Level standard
Desirable:
- Marketing/ Insurance background
- Corporate office experience
- Proficient office 365 and teams experience
