Overall Purpose of The Job

The role is responsible for leading global projects and ensure the implementation of process changes in respective region/geography.
Key Responsibilities and Tasks
Lead global projects/programs with direct ownership on costs & benefits
Manage successful rollout of transformation solutions within the assigned region
Work closed with technology & business to facilitate timely & costeffective delivery on both system enhancements & new functionalities in alignment with business needs
Facilitates ongoing business improvements to improve KPIs and productivity

- responsible on coordination with global counterparts in relation with the business improvement strategies designed by the OPEX team

Drives standardization and compliance to global blueprint/target operating model
Responsible on working closely with the Crewing Directors and GMs to identify & implement improvement projects/initiatives
Responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across the assigned country/region
Responsible for reviewing current processes and procedures and working with process owners, quality & technology on necessary changed to facilitate process improvement

Essential

Graduate of Industrial Engineering or any business_related course, with MA degree is an advantage
Experience in working in crosscultural environment
Excellent verbal and nonverbal skills
Excellent change management skills and experience
Ability to influence without formal authority
8+ years of proven project management and continuous improvement experience, preferably in on the shipping and maritime industry
Knowledgeable on different continuous improvement methodologies including lean, 6 sigma, project management and business analysis
Highly comfortable working in a virtual, global team
Required English language knowledge appropriate to the rank
Desirable
MA degree
Lean 6 Sigma black belt certified
Certification in one or more of the following:
Certified Scrum Master Prince 2 Practitioner
PMP
Experience in managing & driving automation, digitization and other technologydriven improvement projects
