Corporate Office Receptionist - Immediate start

Monday to Friday:

initially 3 months - with potential to go permanent:


  • £18 per hour (equivalent to £37,450 per annum):

My client is a well regarded firm in the City of London who are looking for an enthusiastic and well presented Reception / Front of House Coordinator to join them on a temporary basis.

Role Overview:
To provide an end to end visitor experience including

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the office
  • Booking in all visitors using booking system and issuing visitor passes
  • Manage the upkeep of visitor areas and meeting rooms
  • Report any non compliance with procedures as appropriate
  • Support the switchboard as required

About You:

  • You must be well presented with great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels both from within the organisaiton and external visitors.
  • Enthusiastic, practical and a self starter with ability to cope well under pressure and multitask.
  • Some experience of Switchboard and managing reception/ front of house or office environment
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Flexibility in working hours between 8am 6pm

Immediate start available with full training

Full time working between 8am and 6pm with flexibility to ensure all duties have been taken care of.
