What's the role?

This is an exciting opportunity to join the HR Team on a flexible/hybrid arrangement, with the central service being based in Leyland.

In true generalist role you'll bring your knowledge and expertise partnering stakeholders to deliver an efficient, pro-active and customer focused HR service.

You'll be responsible for supporting and managing various aspects of the employee experience, ensuring employees and managers are provided with appropriate and professional support.

Employee engagement is highly important to us and you'll be a key part in identifying and driving engagement activities that support our people and business vision.


Who they are looking for?This organisation are looking for someone who is passionate about HR

You'll be fully CIPD qualified with strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and best practice and you'll also have a good level knowledge of employment legislation, enabling you to confidently support and guide employees and managers.

You'll also enjoykeeping up with the latest HR trends, developments and best practices.

A confident communicator, with a personable, empathic and professional manner you'll be able to engage with people and make real connections, building relationships across the business.

As a trusted HR professional you'll also have experience in providing HRsupport across the full employee life cycle, demonstrating sound judgement and decision making skills whilst dealing with sensitive and confidential situations.

With a proactive and results focused mindset, your attention to detail will be your strength.

As we are an FMCG company you'll also be, flexible and adaptable with the ability to work and remain calm under pressure within a rapidly changing environment.
