Job Title:
Community & Events Fundraiser


Hours:
minimum of 28 hours per week, up to 35 hours (full-time)


Starting salary:
£27,504 pro rata, per annum with annual pay award pending


Contract:
permanent, depending on fundraising performance and continuing business need


Responsible to:
Fundraising & Comms Lead


Location:
a mix of home and office working (Chorley base), with extensive travel around
Lancashire


We're looking for a bold and caring person to join our Fundraising & Comms Lead to add capacity to develop our community and events fundraising.

We want someone who has experience of providing excellent customer care who can build strong relationships with the people who donate to and support Lancashire Mind through fundraising.


You'll be responsible for planning and delivering Lancashire Mind's own fundraising events, including our annual flagship fun run fundraiser, Mental Elf that takes place at the beginning of December.

Experience of coordinating events and awareness of third party events, such as 10k runs, marathons, etc. is important.


Alongside responsibility for community and events fundraising, you will support with development of our annual fundraising strategy and action plan, and carry out general admin tasks related to the fundraising function.
