This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to be part of an excellent graduate scheme. Our client is a market leader in Software Sales recruitment. Currently going through a period growth, our client is looking for the top graduates to join themon their journey.

Due to huge growth plans, there is lots of room for progression, Associate Director can be hit within 7 promotions.

You can expect your first promotion within 6 months

The Role:

Headhunting for senior positions within your chosen market
Gathers information from Clients, industry research and sources to gain comprehensive understanding of the Client Company, industry, and the position requirements.

The Benefits:

On Target Earnings as follows £35K Year 1, £45K Year 2, £60K Year 3 £60K+ Year 3 Onwards

Uncapped commission

One consultant took home £43K in commission in a single month

Requirements:

Minimum 2:1 degree from a Top University or 2 Years sales experience
Confident and outgoing
