About the role and our team
We are looking for an Employer and Collection Officer to join our team within the Income Tax Division


In this role, you will support all aspects of customer service by reconciling and posting Income Tax and National Insurance to accounts.

You will also review, select and prioritise cases for debt collection and prosecution.

You'll ensure that the Income Tax and National Insurance databases are accurate and updated to reflect the client's record.

This role will be on a rotational basis as you will also be required to support the payment and debt collection team, as well as employers admin.


You will also promote the Income Tax Division culture and values by demonstrating a high standard of customer service and professionalism - dealing with clients both at the public counter and over the telephone.
