Juice is excited to be working with a leading property agency based in Bath in their search for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their friendly team.

We'd love to see someone who is motivated, driven, and has a proactive approach.


If you enjoy a fast-paced varied working environment and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service then this could be the role for you.

It is required that you hold a driver's license for this role.


Day-to-day responsibilities:


  • Registering and managing applicants
  • Arranging meetings with clients to discuss their needs
  • Organising and attending viewings
  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Sourcing new business opportunities
  • Negotiating agreements and closing deals
  • Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
  • Liaising with solicitors

About you:


  • Previous experience working in property
  • A personable and professional communicator who has the ability to build rapport
  • Strong negotiating abilities
  • Fantastic time management and the ability to prioritise workloads
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Full driving license
