Description

Working with the Service Director you will be one of five Deputies responsible for the day to day operational oversight and leadership within Adult Community Directorate.

Your specific role will be leading our Community Learning Disabilities Teams which include:

Community Teams
Intensive Support Services
Intensive Health Outreach team
Health Facilitation

You will also take wider lead across the Trust ensuring that all services are able to offer equitable access and provision of care and support to our LD population.

Within Gloucestershire we aim to deliver service transformation for People with Learning Disabilities utilising co-designing principles, establishing, leading, implementing, monitoring and evaluating change.

This role will include forging strategic and operational partnerships within the Trust and across a range of different partners and key stakeholders.

To deliver this you will be a proven leader with a strong clinical background in learning disability and will bring to this role the knowledge and commitment to support our continued service development, quality improvement and innovation.
