ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • The Stage Door Administrator is vital to the success of our business. Here at _G Live, it _is an exciting, fastpaced environment with a variety of
    _shows, plays, music and comedy, as well as some community productions. We also host events including conferences, party nights, ticket dining events, and corporate functions._

ABOUT YOU

  • A creative professional with significant experience in the theatre, music or liveentertainment space, you'll be a selfmotivated, engaging and dynamic leader.
  • Commercially savvy, enthusiastic and capable of influencing others (including senior members of the TE team and thirdparty producer clients) you'll be energetic, proactive, resultsfocussed and creative in your approach.
  • You'll be resilient, able to communicate clearly and excellent at forming working relationships with others.

JOB ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist with the implementation of G Live's Emergency and Evacuation procedures
  • Have an outstanding knowledge of the venue, ready to answer any queries visiting companies may have.
  • Provide a reception service to all staff, visitors, contractors and production companies
  • Ensuring the building is secure at the end of the night by completing a venue walkaround
  • Assist all departments with any adhoc administration tasks
  • Supervision of systems including the Building Management System (BMS), CCTV, fire board, and intruder alarm
  • Providing an excellent switchboard service of the main G Live telephone number
  • This is not an exhaustive list of duties. from time to time you may be required to undertake such alternative or additional duties which will commensurate your skills, experience, and capabilities.

PERFORMANCE MEASURES

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Flexible to adapt to the business needs and work calmly under pressure
  • Previous experience working in theatre or an entertainment venue
  • To understand and have a working knowledge of all current Health and Safety legislation, Licensing regulations and Food Hygiene legislation.
