£46,000 per annum + Bonus

Time Recruitment are selecting for a Clinical Deputy Home Manager to support the Home Manager in the day to day running of 60 + bedded nursing home which is looking for an exceptional Clinical Deputy Home Manager to support the service in achieving OUTSTANDINGwith CQC.

The provider has renowned reputation for consistently providing exceptional nursing dementia and palliative care to the highest standards.

The service has been operating in Kidderminster, Worcestershire area for over 20 years providing state-of-the-art accommodation and expert nursing care for both the elderly and younger adults providing care packages for dementia, palliative, physical disabilitiesand residential care.

The Clinical Deputy Home Manager will also benefit from the most sophisticated electronic care planning systems in the country.

Clinical Deputy Home Manager Position Overview

  • The support the registered home manager for day to day running of the home
  • To support with all aspects of clinical and nonclinical staff members
  • Manage all legislation and policy requirements
  • Implement new effective systems and develop current through monitoring prioritize
  • Excellent personal qualities are essential for this role, so we are looking for caring, kind compassionate Clinical Deputy Home Manager
  • Maintain confidentially and data at all times
  • Deliver regular training to all the care team
  • Ensure rigorous safeguarding policies and reporting
  • Stay calm and professional at all times when dealing with emergencies and staff absences
Clinical Deputy Home Manager Requirements

  • Ideally be nurse qualified, with an active NMC pin
  • Must have a strong clinician skill
  • Excellent communication skills having the ability to communicate effectible and coherently, both verbally and in writing
  • Supervise the creation of care plans assessment and discharge
  • Fair but assertive approach who is not afraid to challenge others
