I am recruiting for a fantastic wealth management firm.

They are experiencing excellent growth and are looking to recruit an experienced IFA administrator to work within their paraplanning and Financial Planner team.


You will provide support to the Financial Advisers and Paraplanner in order to provide clients with a professional and seamless ongoing Financial Planning experience.

Key responsibilities include:


  • Preparing valuation reports
  • Obtaining fee information and illustrations
  • Dealing with daytoday client and provider enquiries
  • Implementing recommendations

Skills and experience required:

  • Experience working as an Administrator within Financial Services
  • FPC 1 and 2 or equivalent CF qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience of using Intelliflo would be advantageous
  • Good MS Office skills
