Salary:
£22,000 per annum


Location:
Cork Street, London,

Contract: 6 month Fixed term contract, Full time

Shifts: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30 with 1 hour break

Work Model:
Hybrid - onsite for training, but then likely to be 1 day onsite, 4 days remote

Williams Lea seeks a Document Management Operator to join our team

Key responsibilities [Job Specific]

  • To liaise with the clients in a professional and helpful manner at all times
  • To ensure agreed Service Levels are met
  • To complete various different streams of administration and scanning tasks
  • To fully adhere to the standards laid down in the scanning operating procedures
  • To ensure remedy help desk inquiries are responded into in a timely manner
  • To identify and select correct entity and document source for processing
  • To respond to both vendors and clients directly
  • Responsibility for liaising with technical team in IT
  • Reformat and rename documents into specified categories before they are processed
  • To answer telephone/zoom calls and follow through any queries in a professional and businesslike manner
  • To signature verify all relevant documentation and draw upon professional judgement
  • To collect and deliver scanning to/from designated areas during the day
  • To work as a team to ensure completion of all daily tasks in an efficient manner
Key responsibilities [General]

  • To meet the agreed service levels within the scanning service
  • To provide flexibility in covering various departments scanning requirements
  • To ensure accuracy whilst processing, scanning, indexing and validating client documents
  • To undertake various administrative duties where required (P2P scanning)
  • To ensure accurate recognition of documents
  • To undertake any reasonable duties as requested by Manager
Key Skills

  • Previous scanning experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail for identifying invoice documents
  • Strong PC skills, understanding of PDF formats, naming conventions,
  • PC literate
  • A high standard of personal presentation
  • A willing and enthusiastic attitude
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Display an adaptable and flexible approach
