Essential:

  • Experience in Marketing/Communications in a large organisation
  • Channel marketing strategies
  • Customer insight. Shopper marketing
  • Creative and innovative mindset
  • Excellent storytelling [verbal and written] skills.
  • Understanding of brand communications and shopper marketing.
  • Channel management: Understanding of how to build, maintain, and evaluate shopper and digital marketing campaigns
  • Proven project management support skills has a desire for flawless execution, strong attention to detail and a track record of supporting teams on delivering plans with a measurable result.
  • A purposeled individual who can demonstrate cultural sensitivity and personal resilience.
  • A real team player. Keeps a balance between personal accountability and delivery through teamwork.
  • Has a bias for action, shows accountability and responsibility and has a cando attitude.
  • Highly organised with a flexible and adaptable working style.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, work at pace, and offer support across concurrent projects.
  • Travel once a month to Manchester required and Customer day site visits regularly
