London Medical Laboratory is looking for experienced, dedicated and reliable Phlebotomist Receptionist/Admin Assistant (HCA) to join our friendly team.Immediate opportunity to undertake blood sample for Venipuncture trained healthcare assistants (phlebotomist). Also a small amount of COVID-19 sample collection, for production clients.
We are looking for flexible and adaptable individuals with some weekend work required.
You will be IT literate, able to accurately report, maintain and analyse test records and complete internal electronic monitoring and reporting.
You will be highly organised and able to plan your workload effectively.

For us it is more important to have the right person/personality/attitude, we can train on areas which may need to be added or improved.
We also run an aesthetics clinic at the same location where you will also provide axon and general support.
As a Healthcare Assistant or Phlebotomist you need to be/have:
A qualified Healthcare Assistant or Phlebotomist with 1 year experience in venipuncture.
Work autonomously and confidently
Strong IT skills and a high level of accuracy in reporting / data capture
Flexible, and demonstrate a professional approach
Strong communication skills
Eligible to work full time in the UK
Able to work some weekends and evenings
Strong communication skills
Have a warm, compassionate and personable nature with the ability to be patient, work with tact and understanding.
You must have the right to work within the UK.
You will require to have a DBS check.
We have positions available at our central Slough branch, for immediate start.
Shift options will be agreed depending on your availability.
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 16-25 per week
Salary:
£8.00-£11.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
