Want to work for one the Uk's leading manufactures on the outskirts of Leeds? I am looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join the team

What we are looking for -
- Previous experience with Customer Service
- Ability to use IT systems including MF office
- Great communications skills written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Motivated and resilient
Responsibilities -
- Updating internal systems with accurate information
- Processing new orders & refunds on internal systems
- Offering resolutions on complaints $ query raises
- Stock queries
