A well-established national law firm (law firm experience not required) is seeking an HR Advisor to join their HR team.
In this role, you will support the business with everything people related; delivering an outstanding people service to the business.

Day to day duties include:
- First point of contact for HR advice from your business areas on a wide range of HR topics
- Linked to your daytoday role in supporting the team, you'll use your initiative to assist in troubleshooting and solving problems across a range of issues and will use creative commercial problem solving to identify solutions and execute them.
- You'll be responsible for escalating any key commercial issues to senior members of the team and working with them to ensure the right solution is delivered quickly and efficiently.
- Working with the Head of People & Development to structure and implement career development frameworks as well as delivering.
- Assisting the People and Development team on projects as they arise. Examples have included lawyer events, training, system enhancements.
Experience needed:
- A blended background within HR, customer service and operations
- The ability to make an impact through taking ownership, good organisational skills and using initiative with a focus on the end result.
- Have the ability to quickly gain credibility and respect from highly qualified professionals.
- A genuine interest in the changing legal market and a passion for customer service
- Authentic and clear communication skills, emotional intelligence and the ability to build and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
£750 referral incentive for a successful referral (someone who starts in the role).
No specific education background required - just needs to be someone who is bright, is driven and has come comparable HR experience already from any sector.
Salary:
£35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
