About the Role


You will be working in the Mortgage Support & Admin Department, where as a Mortgage Administrator you will be responsible for a number of different administrative tasks on mortgage accounts, from completion to redemption and beyond.


You'll have the chance to learn different aspects of a mortgage account and how they work within the variety of tasks required for the role.


This is a busy role where no two days are the same, which can bring ever changing priorities but you will have the support of a hardworking, knowledgeable and experienced team.

About You


As a team we work closely together, but you'll also be comfortable working independently, reviewing current procedures and challenging them to ensure tasks are processed in the simplest and most efficient way.

You'll have excellent organizational, written and verbal skills that demonstrates your strong attention to detail.

You'll have Customer Service experience from an administrational and telephone background. Having worked within a mortgage environment would be advantageous.

Salary:
£20,348.00-£23,411.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
