My client is a small financial advisors company looking for a Reception/Administrator to join their team.
The role will be to provide front office support to clients and advisors by carrying out a variety of administrative and reception duties including maintaining databases, records, typing letters and arranging appointments.
There will be a considerable amountof client interaction, so must be comfortable speaking face to face or via telephone in a professional manner.
Must have excellent communication, organisational and customer service skills with a clear telephone manner.Must have a smart business like appearance and flexible approach.
Must have excellent computer skills and be well-versed in Windows, Microsoft Office, and database management.
