Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct phone screenings and booking interviews for sites
  • Filling positions across several sites
  • Handling of administration and recordkeeping, including onboarding staff.
  • Drafting and posting job descriptions.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
  • Preparing job offers.

About you:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  • Familiarity with CV databases
  • Experience with sourcing techniques
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent record keeping and time keeping skills
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Word
  • Sound judgement

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Paisley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Recruiting: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:
