About Our Client:
You will be working for a leading law firm in East Lothian specialising in estate agency, residential and commercial conveyancing, private client, lettings and family law.
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the team
- Managing and organising meetings, agendas and appointments
- Handling confidential legal documents with utmost discretion
- Assisting in the preparation of legal reports
- Maintaining an efficient filing system
- Communicating with clients and colleagues in a professional manner
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
- Supporting other members of the Private Client team as required
The Successful Applicant:
A successful Legal Secretary should have:
- A strong legal background
- Experience within Private Client (desirable)
- Proficient skills in secretarial and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Experience in a legal or professional services environment
- Knowledge of legal documentation and terminology
