The role of Concierge worker will provide assistance with Housing Management functions in our Life-house Services and will often be the first point of contact for everyone accessing our Life-house.
Key Responsibilities:
- Two or more GCSE's including English and Maths or equivalent
- Excellent customer service and people management skills with ability to provide efficient front of house service
- Knowledge of legislation relating to Health and Safety and safeguarding of service users and staff
- Excellent planning, organising and time management skills, proficient in a range of IT packages
