About The Role:

The Talent team is driving AM FRESH to rapid growth Our mission is to provide the organisation with a competitive advantage by finding and hiring great people from all backgrounds.

As a member of the HR/ Talent team you will be at the forefront of the recruitment process and you will act as a AM FRESH Ambassador working alongside our Talent Managers to execute the direct sourcing strategy.

Role & Responsibilities

Arranging interviews
Prioritising your roles, effectively sourcing across multiple positions simultaneously
Using and expanding your market knowledge, staying up to date with trends so we can be proactive, rather than reactive
