Description

Duties of this role include but are not exclusive to:

Sales, Packaging for Postage and Monitoring of Motorcycles Parts, Accessories and Merchandise
Supplying Onsite Workshop and Nationwide Mobile Technicians with Parts, Accessories and Merchandise
Computer Literate with Knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word
Experience Of Processing Payments Preferred Although Not Essential as Training Will Be Provided
Presentable, Proactive, Well Organised and Reliable, With Good Phone and Customer Facing Manners/Skills Essential
Interest In and Knowledge of Motorcycles Preferred
Willingness To Learn and Take Information on Boar
Flexible Approach to Work
May Be Required to Attend Bike Shows And Events Outside Of Normal Working Hours
Carry out any other tasks that will, from time to time be allocated by the Aftersales Manager

Person Specification:

A passion for motorcycles is an absolute must as is the ability to deliver results.
A positive cando attitude with the willingness to learn.
Be able to communicate clearly with both the workshop and customers.
Ability in resolving problems of a technical nature.
Ability to critical review supplier documentation and support supplier to the required standard.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team and build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external clients.
Must be available relatively immediately (short notice periods will be considered).
Knowledge of automotive/motorcycles systems, components and parts.
Strong organisational skills.
Reliable and dependable.
Selfmotivated.
Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks.

Salary :
Depend on experience

The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30am till 17.00pm
